Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items, like underwear. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
Can I Create an Account With Robert Craig?
Of course you can! Press the 'head & shoulders' icon at the top of the page, enter your details and choose a password.
You will be set up and ready to start shopping!
Can I Edit my Order?
Unfortunately we don't offer a way to edit your order. You are more than welcome to request a cancellation and re-order, or wait for the goods to arrive and initiate a return or exchange.
Can I Return my Order?
We want you to pick the right product, and so, we offer returns and exchanges within 28 days provided the product is returned unworn and in a resaleable condition. Get in touch, we'll get it sorted.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both within Britain and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are to high British standards and a fair value we can pass on.
Delivery
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Do I Need to Pay Taxes?
Yes, as the customer, you must pay any taxes, fees or duties that the destination country requires for importing goods.
This includes VAT for the UK.
We can only provide you a rough estimate of these costs, and you will be liable for any further cost payable, for example, customs clearance charges.
Can I Track My Order?
Of course you can! You should have received an email from us when you placed the order. If you did, you'll receive another email once the goods have been despatched from us, this will include any tracking information.
If you have an account, you can track your order status by logging in.
Do you Ship Worldwide?
We ship internationally, but orders places overseas may require import taxes or duties paid, as well as increased shipping costs. These costs are passed on to the customer so you'll get a brief breakdown of these costs at checkout.
Returns & Exchange
How do I Return or Exchange My Order?
If you have an account with Robert Craig, simply log in and initiate a return or exchange in your order history.
If you aren't an account holder, please get in touch using the contact form below, and we'll get a shipping label sent. Simply attach the label to your parcel and drop it off at you're nearest Post Office.
Please allow up to 10 working days for us to receive and check the items. We'll then initiate a payment refund for you.
Can I Return for Store Credit Instead?
Absolutely, we are happy to process the payment back to the card you used to pay, or store credit.
If you paid using gift card, unfortunately the payment will be returned as such. Keep an eye out in your email inbox for the new gift card.
I'm Local, Can I drop off the return to you?
Our offices and warehouse are not open to customers.
We therefore ask that you kindly follow the standard returns procedure.
How long do I have to Exchange or Return?
Provided the goods are in 'new' condition, we happily offer 28 days to get in touch for a reurn or an exchange.
If you contact us before the 28th day and we don't get back to you until outside this timeframe, we will honour the return or exchange.
Can I Exchange Sale Products?
Unfortunately, If you purchase an item while it's on sale, we won't accept an exchange. Please initiate the returns process for a refund back to your original payment method.
